Yes, we have met the training standards for residential lettings, are on the Scottish Government's Register of Letting Agents, comply with the code of practice and have the required insurances but are NOT the same as other letting agents (online or offline)!

We may be classed an an 'online letting agents' but we are more of an 'admin centre' for the Scottish lettings industry, we can assist with any rental property based throughout Scotland.

Our service isn't aimed at advertising your property, we're admin focused providing you the bespoke paperwork to set up you're tenancy - not just provide you a standard tenancy agreement template. Through years of experience we have encountered many scenarios, which is why our tenancy agreements have more clauses than the model templates.
